Geiger Brothers has performed construction management and general and/or mechanical construction at three Holzer Clinic locations – Gallipolis, Jackson and Athens (pictured above). The projects have involved construction of an urgent care facility as well as existing space renovations into new ambulatory surgery suites with medical gas columns and piping, addition of sophisticated architectural features, connection to existing chilled water and hot water systems, and for one, the addition of a new stand-alone boiler and chiller plant. Geiger Brothers completed all work while maintaining facility services, egress and patient traffic patterns.

Holzer Medical Center’s Gallipolis location has been the site of numerous Geiger Brothers’ renovation projects including the second floor critical care and west wing renovations. Here as with other health care projects, Geiger Brothers applied the level of effort needed to successfully plan and execute projects within operating health care facilities, including considerations for patient traffic and minimal disruption to services.
